You’ll be charged weekly. You have the option to skip a week, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the designated cutoff day and time.
Our meals are delivered in insulated boxes that keep them cold for up to 24 hours after delivery, possibly longer. Please note, we are not responsible for any stolen or misplaced boxes.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist with the correction.
Whether you choose to order through a one-time purchase or a subscription, you must buy at least four items to qualify for your order.
If you do not select your meals by the cutoff date and time, you will still be charged, and the meals from the previous week will be delivered to you. We will send reminders two days prior to the cutoff date!
